Hélène Barras

Hélène Barras has over a decade of experience in various roles involving operations, compliance, and client relations. Currently serving as People Ops at HelloAsso since January 2017, Hélène focuses on enhancing employee experience to support integration and engagement. Previous roles at HelloAsso include overseeing KYC onboarding, managing teams, and developing internal procedures and training. Earlier experiences at Cdiscount and several other organizations included responsibilities in data management, technical support, and documentation, demonstrating a strong background in compliance and information management. Hélène holds a Master’s degree in Document Engineering with a focus on imagery and has also trained as a shiatsu practitioner, reflecting a diverse skill set and commitment to professional development.
