Luisa Balzus

Luisa Balzus is a researcher at MSB Medical School Berlin since November 2022 and serves as a Clinical Data Analyst at HelloBetter from June 2021. Luisa has a doctoral candidacy at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain until March 2024, focusing on the neurobiological risk markers and neurocognitive underpinnings of psychopathology, particularly through a doctoral project on the efficacy of non-invasive brain stimulation for obsessive-compulsive disorder. Luisa's research experience includes a role as a Doctoral Researcher at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from November 2013 to March 2024 and previous positions as a Student Research Assistant in Neurocognitive Psychology and Clinical Psychology departments, along with a Research Intern role in Clinical Neuroscience & Imaging Genetics at Charité Berlin.
