Jane Viventi has over 15 years of work experience in the areas of talent acquisition, employee engagement, corporate marketing, and corporate communications. Jane began their career in 2004 as a Corporate Communications Administrative Assistant at DDB Chicago. Jane then moved to Jenner & Block as a Marketing Coordinator in 2006, followed by FTI Consulting as a Corporate Marketing Associate and Corporate Marketing and Employee Engagement Manager in 2007. In 2010, Jane joined Aspect Software as a Senior Manager, Employee Engagement & Creative Services. Jane then moved to Creative Circle as a Creative Recruiter in 2011, Riot Games as a Recruiting Programs and Operations Manager and Creative Design Recruiting Team Manager in 2013, Starbucks as a Sr. Talent Advisor, Retail Leadership and Sr. Talent Advisor, Enterprise Leadership in 2017, and Year Up Chicago as a Business Communications Instructor & Career Coach in 2019. Most recently, Jane joined Illumina as a Sr. Staff Talent Acquisition Partner in 2021, and is currently the Head of People at Brella since 2022.
Jane Viventi has a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan and studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Jane also holds certifications from ICAgile as an ICP and from IABC in Strategic Communication Management.
