Jayla Johnson

Campus Brand Rep

Jayla Johnson currently serves as a researcher at Clark Atlanta University, focusing on African American youth Adultification Psychology and participating in the AUC psychology symposium. Jayla is also a member of SAVE A GIRL SAVE A WORLD and works as a campus brand representative for Bubble, enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. Additionally, Jayla provides support as a crisis counselor for Crisis Text Line and a hotline volunteer with NAMI, dedicating time each week to assist individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Jayla offers free tutoring in various math subjects to fellow college students and acts as a podcast producer for Say Less Sis. Volunteering weekly with Hands On Atlanta, Jayla contributes to community support efforts. Currently, Jayla holds a legal fellowship with the City of Berkeley under Vice Mayor Ben Bartlett, improving the operational efficiency of a municipal legal office. Jayla is a sophomore at the University of Southern California, pursuing studies from 2025 to 2028.
