Tim Gamble

Tim Gamble is a data engineering professional with extensive experience in the real estate technology sector. As Co-Founder and Head of Data Engineering at HelloData since January 2023, Tim leads efforts to utilize AI for optimizing rental pricing and operational improvements for apartment buildings. Prior to this role, Tim served as Vice President of Data Engineering at Walker & Dunlop, where integration of Enodo Inc's technologies into the company's processes was a key achievement. Tim's career began at Enodo Inc as the first employee, ultimately leading to the company's acquisition, and recognition as one of Chicago’s 25 rising entrepreneurs and technologists under 25. Earlier experience includes a Python Developer internship at KIG CRE, where Tim developed web scrapers to automate data collection for real estate. Tim Gamble holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from DePaul University.
