Alex Savell

Alex Savell has extensive experience in supply chain management and scientific application, currently serving as a Supply Planner at HelloFresh since July 2020. This role evolved from a Senior Buyer position that focused on Dry Goods and Spices across Australia. Alex began the career at HelloFresh as a Jnr Digital Rollout Manager within the ANZ Centre Of Excellence, addressing procurement and supply chain digital tools. Prior experience includes working as a Field Application Scientist/Quality Engineer at ONI, where responsibilities involved demonstrating and installing fluorescence microscopes, and completing a PhD at Imperial College London focused on Super-Resolution Microscopy of Immune Cells. Additional roles at Imperial included a Consumer Credit Administrator and Deputy President (Finance & Services) within the student union, showcasing a strong blend of technical expertise and financial oversight. Alex holds a MSci in Physics from Imperial College London.
