Alice Wang is currently the UX Research Lead and Manager at HelloFresh, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior UX Researcher at HelloFresh and as the Lead UX Researcher at Industrious, where they emphasized user-centric, data-driven product strategies. Alice also worked as a Design Researcher and Strategist at Gensler, delivering mixed-method research roadmaps for a diverse array of clients. Their early experience includes a research position at Cornell University from 2013 to 2015 and an internship at AOL in 2014. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors from Cornell University, where they currently study.
