Alisha Cooper

Alisha Cooper is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in strategic management and data analytics. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at HelloFresh since July 2016, Alisha has previously held various roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Data Analytics within the company. Prior to HelloFresh, Alisha worked at McKinsey & Company as an Analyst for MIO Partners and a Junior Analyst, and at the Massachusetts Division of Banks as a Senior Bank Examiner, focusing on the financial stability of institutions. An early internship with the World Health Organization involved data collection and analysis for health surveys, while leadership in the Boston University Community Service Center entailed system design and team coordination. Alisha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Boston University in 2011.
