Awn Ali is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at HelloFresh, where a global team of over 150 supports multiple brands across 18 countries. Awn focuses on driving user growth, revenue enhancement, and engineering efficiency through innovative product strategies and platform capabilities. Previously, Awn held leadership positions at Careem, MUNCH:ON, and ClearGrid, and has extensive technical experience from roles at Back Office FZ LLC, Incubasys, Confiz, Buzzyears, and TrioSolutions. Awn co-founded MUNCH:ON, recognized as one of the fastest-growing startups globally, and graduated with a BS in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
