Christina DelaCruz

Christina DelaCruz, RDN, is a nutrition expert with over 12 years of experience in food safety and health. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Nutrition at HelloFresh, Christina leads strategic nutrition projects and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and consumer safety. Christina has also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas since 2020, where they educate members on safe techniques and help participants achieve their fitness goals. Christina's previous positions include Nutrition & Labeling Compliance Manager at Snap Kitchen and Nutrition Compliance Specialist at LSG Sky Chefs. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and have completed a Dietetics Practicum at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
