Cyril HEM currently serves as the FSQA & HSE DC Manager at HelloFresh since November 2022. Prior to this role, Cyril held the position of Directeur QHSE Supply Chain at napaqaro from January 2021 to December 2022, overseeing QHSE pillars in a meat processing facility and developing ISO 9001 certification and organic certifications. From February 2019 to December 2022, Cyril was the Responsable QHSE Groupe et RSE at SERARE, where responsibilities included creating COVID health guides, implementing training webinars, and developing HACCP digital tools. Cyril's earlier experience includes roles as Responsable QHSE and R&D at Memphis Coffee, where food safety and raw material development were key focuses, as well as managerial and auditing positions at Buffalo Grill, CISBIO Bioassays, Coca Cola Midi, and Inter Rhône. Cyril holds a Licence Professionnelle in Microbiology from Ecole Supérieure D'Ingénieurs and an IUT in Biological Engineering from Université Avignon Pays Du Vaucluse.
