Dan Nguyen, RDN, CDN, has extensive experience in nutrition management and public health nutrition. Currently serving as Manager of Nutrition at HelloFresh since April 2018, Dan has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Associate and Associate. Prior to HelloFresh, Dan worked as a Public Health Nutritionist for the New York State Department of Health, focusing on compliance and operational improvements within the Child and Adult Care Food Programs. Additional experiences include a dietetic internship at Rutgers School of Health Professions, roles in regulatory affairs, and research positions within the food and health sectors. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University.
