Della Bradt serves as the Associate Director of Physical Product Strategy at HelloFresh since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager of Special Operations, where Della led innovative projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership. Della is an MBA graduate from MIT Sloan School of Management, where a Sustainability Certificate was obtained, and also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Prior experience includes an MBA Sustainability Internship at Apeel, focusing on reducing food waste, and various project management roles at Chemonics International and Creative Associates International. Della holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from Cornell University and has furthered education in Human Rights and Conflict Resolution at Syracuse University. Early career experience includes internships with the U.S. Department of State and Nantucket Community Sailing.
