Emily Lannon

Emily Lannon is currently the Associate Director of Employee Experience and Workplace Operations at HelloFresh, focusing on creating exceptional employee work experiences through space design and engagement programs. Previously, Emily held roles including Head of Employee Experience and Talent Expansion for Europe & Asia at Wayfair, and Director of Global Workplace at SoundCloud, where they managed significant global real estate and employee experience initiatives. With earlier experience as an Experience Manager at IDEO and a Client Relations Coordinator at MDSynergy, Emily has consistently driven employee engagement and operational efficiency across various industries. They hold a dual degree in International Business and European Culture and Languages from Kent State University.
