Flora Lee

Flora Lee is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Partner & Special Projects (HR Transformation) at HelloFresh, where responsibilities include building strong relationships with leaders and leading large-scale transformation projects impacting over 8,000 employees. Prior to joining HelloFresh in August 2022, Flora held the position of Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Privacy Officer at American Express, focusing on strategic partnership and maximizing business outcomes, as well as previously serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Flora's experience also includes roles at Deloitte as a Campus Recruiter and Senior Consultant, and internships at the US Army and Goldman Sachs. Flora holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, complemented by a study abroad program at The University of Hong Kong.
