James Beale

James Beale is a seasoned professional in project management and construction, currently serving as a Senior International Project Manager at HelloFresh since April 2023. In this role, James oversees a global portfolio of CAPEX projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables through effective team management and risk mitigation. Previously, James held significant roles at AB InBev, including leading a $40.2 million brewery expansion project and contributing as a Project Engineer and Global Management Trainee. Additionally, James has academic experience as a Senior Lecturer at Nelson Mandela University, where instruction focused on Building Sciences for Construction Management and Quantity Surveying students, alongside earlier roles in sales and marketing. James holds a BSc Honours in Construction Management and a BSc in Construction Studies, both obtained with Cum Laude honors from Nelson Mandela University.
