James Hwang

James Hwang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at HelloFresh since October 2022, James has held significant leadership roles at companies such as goPuff, Slice, Thumbtack, Grubhub, and PODS. As the Founder of Kodiiac, James promoted environmental awareness and outdoor recreation. Additionally, James has contributed as an advisor at UC Irvine and held board positions, notably as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Silicon Slopes Commons. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida.
