James Villacci, M.A. UXC, is the Head of Global UX Research at HelloFresh, where they advise and direct over 300 global studies. With over 10 years of experience in research and design, James has significantly contributed to enhancing user experience, developing new lines of research programs, and establishing strategic frameworks for product development. Prior to their current role, James held positions at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the National Center for Human Factors in Healthcare, among others, where they focused on usability analyses and human factors research. James holds a Master’s Degree in Human Factors/Applied Cognition from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hofstra University.
