Jessica Kafka

Jessica Kafka is a seasoned professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Director for DACH at HelloFresh since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Director of People Organisation at Europace AG from August 2022 to January 2023 and briefly served as Head of People & Culture at BestSecret in early 2022. Jessica's extensive experience at Zalando SE from September 2015 to February 2022 included roles as Senior Team Lead for New Work-People & Organisation, Team Lead for Learning & Development, and Senior Manager in Learning & Development within Category Management. Earlier in the career, Jessica worked at VCUQ as Senior Project Manager in Product Development, overseeing strategic national tenders and the design and development of uniforms for Qatar. Jessica holds a BA (Hons) in European Business, Marketing, Finance & Product Development from Kingston University and a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design and Product Development from the University of Kent.
