Johan Hallin is an operations leader with extensive experience in transformation management and start-ups. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at HelloFresh, they oversee production for Sweden and Denmark, leading a team of over 600 individuals. Previously, Johan held various positions at HelloFresh, including Head of Process Excellence & Tech and CEO of Superbag UF. They co-founded The EC Journal and worked as a columnist, while also gaining early experience as a summer employee at AB Göta kanalbolag. Johan earned a degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
