Joy Knight has extensive experience in management and leadership roles within the food production and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Site Director for NSW at HelloFresh since July 2017, Joy has held various positions including Site Manager and Production Manager, contributing to process improvements and team performance. Prior experience includes a role as Production Team Lead at Marley Spoon and Warehouse Production Lead at Jopah Australia Pty Ltd, where Joy implemented efficient production practices. As an Owner/Operator of Californian Café, significant achievements included revitalizing the business and developing a successful catering service. Previous sales management roles at Pamcat Pty Ltd and Champion Office Supplies demonstrated a strong track record in increasing profitability and expanding client bases. Joy holds an Associate's degree in Pre-Law Studies from Southern Cross University and a Certificate IV in Business Administration and Management from TAFE NSW.
