Kari Shearer is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history in the retail industry, specializing in business planning, sales, and inventory control. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement & Professional Training at HelloFresh, Kari has previously held roles including Asset Protection Manager and Warehouse Manager at Green Chef. Prior to that, Kari worked as an Asset Protection & Compliance Manager at Sam’s Club and as an Assistant Operations Manager at Walmart. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Information Systems from Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System.
