They have held notable positions at Amazon as Senior Program Manager and Head of Transportation, driving significant cost savings and operational enhancements. Currently, they serve as Associate Director of Operations at HelloFresh, following a role as Director of Manufacturing at Firefly Aerospace, where they scaled production efforts significantly. Karl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Rice Business.
