International FSQA Team Lead - Protein

Katherine Hyland is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the International FSQA Team Lead for Protein at HelloFresh since August 2021. Katherine previously held senior technical management roles at HelloFresh, overseeing the Produce, Herbs, and Fruit (PHF) and Protein categories across multiple regions. Prior to HelloFresh, Katherine worked at Sainsbury's as a Technical Manager for various chilled food categories and as a Product Technologist for fish. Katherine's early career included roles at Wm Morrisons Manufacturing, progressing from a Manufacturing Graduate to Technical Team Manager, complemented by a Retail Management Internship at Santander and a Summer Camp Counsellor position. Katherine holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry from Bristol University, earned in 2014.
