Laure Fernet

Laure Fernet has extensive experience in international procurement and marketing management within the food industry. Currently serving as Team Lead Produce in International Procurement Europe at HelloFresh, Laure has held various roles, including Senior International Procurement Manager and Strategic Buyer, focusing on fruits, vegetables, dairy, cheese, and bakery products since January 2020. Prior experience includes managing supplier portfolios and sourcing diverse food categories at Frichti, and supporting marketing initiatives as Assistant Brand Manager for VALRHONA. Laure has also demonstrated leadership capabilities as President of Junior Conseil ESCE and The Cooker'ESCE, overseeing strategic planning and event organization. Laure holds a Master's degree in International Marketing & Product Management from ESCE International Business School and a specialized Master in International Agro-Food Management from ESSEC Business School.
