Marios Pateras is a Master’s degree graduate in Food Technology and Quality Assurance from the University of Reading, where they obtained a distinction. They previously earned a degree in Agriculture Science from the Agricultural University of Athens. Currently, Marios serves as the Technical Lead for Fish & Seafood at HelloFresh and has held positions such as Technical Process Coordinator at Bakkavor Meals London. They bring ambition and enthusiasm to challenging projects in the food and drink industry, with expertise in Food Law, Quality Assurance, and Microbiology.
