Melchior Wedel

Melchior Wedel possesses extensive experience in international procurement and brand management, currently serving as Team Lead International Procurement and Head of Fruit & Veg Europe at HelloFresh since October 2021. Prior to this role, Melchior held positions as Head of Procurement DACH and Senior Category Manager DACH at HelloFresh, and led Group Procurement as well as served as Managing Director at Frischepost from September 2019 to September 2021. Melchior's career includes a unique experience as a World Traveller from January 2018 to June 2019, covering multiple continents. Earlier roles include International Brand Manager at Henkel for various brands and a comprehensive internship program across several departments. Melchior holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft, with a focus on International Management.
