Michael Steen Holst is an experienced HR professional with a notable background in leadership roles and consulting. As the Senior HR Director for Nordics at HelloFresh since June 2023, and the owner of the successful YouTube channel "This Watch That Watch," which focuses on luxury watches, Michael combines expertise in human resources with entrepreneurial skills. Prior to this, Michael served as CHRO and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at KMD, where a transformative people strategy was implemented to boost engagement and performance.
