Michelle Guthrie

Michelle Guthrie is the Director of Downstream Supply Chain at HelloFresh, where they oversee the optimization of supply chain operations. Previously, Michelle worked as the Continuous Improvement Manager and Head of Operational Excellence for the ANZ region at HelloFresh and gained experience as a Lean/Safety Coordinator at Dowell Windows Pty. Michelle began their career as a Graduate Engineer at Coca-Cola Amatil and held various roles, including Production Manager and Production Line Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the University of New South Wales.
