Nadia Cerisano

Nadia Cerisano is the Global Vice President of Total Rewards at HelloFresh, where they leverage their extensive expertise in HR strategy, compensation, and benefits to drive organizational success. With a track record of leadership in both corporate and community roles, Nadia previously served as Vice President of Total Rewards and Global Mobility at Walmart Canada, where they managed a historic $300M investment in Total Rewards programs. They have also held key positions at Xerox and Moneris, successfully transforming HR functions and enhancing employee engagement. Nadia earned a BA Honours in Industrial Relations and Political Science from the University of Toronto and a Post-Grad Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
