Nisha Thompson, CPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce optimization. They have worked with international teams, managing teams and HR functions across various organizations, including GCG Group and Royalton Luxury Resorts. Nisha has a strong educational background with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and an MBA from UTECH Jamaica. Currently, they hold the position of People & Culture Business Partner at HelloFresh, where they focus on employee engagement and compliance.
