Pablo Velez

Pablo Velez, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at HelloFresh since July 2016, Pablo provides HR leadership across multiple client groups, guiding SVPs and mid-level leaders while managing a team. Prior roles at HelloFresh include Associate Director and Senior Manager, where responsibilities included employee relations, coaching, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Previous experience includes HR roles at Panasonic USA, Hartz Mountain Corporation, and Biomet, where Pablo supported diverse employee populations and managed various HR functions. Pablo holds a Global MBA in Business Management from Kean University.
