Paul Gruber

Paul Gruber is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic project management and brand marketing, currently serving as the Interim Chief of Staff to the COO DACH at HelloFresh. With a focus on aligning strategic priorities and overseeing key leadership initiatives, Paul has also held significant roles such as Associate Director of Strategic Projects & Transformation, where responsibilities included leading organizational changes and developing strategic roadmaps. Previous experience includes brand management roles at Coach and Scarosso GmbH, alongside impactful project management work at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Paul holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Mid Sweden University and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Fashion Management from Akademie Mode & Design Berlin.
