Preeti Goel

Preeti Goel is a seasoned Learning and Development specialist with over twelve years of experience in E-learning and Instructor-Led Training. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Partner at HelloFresh since May 2022, Preeti manages global learning initiatives and collaborates with leaders to meet team learning needs aligned with business performance objectives. Previous roles include Global Learning Lead at Aptiv, where Preeti directed learning strategy and operations, and positions at HERE Technologies, Deloitte Consulting, Symantec, IBM, and Standard Chartered Bank, which encompass a broad range of responsibilities from needs assessments to managing learning operations. Preeti holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Banking and Sales. Outside of professional engagements, Preeti enjoys walking in nature, reading classic English novels, and visiting museums.
