Rushang Mita

Rushang Mita is a Senior Transformation Manager with over six years of experience in operational improvement, data analytics, project management, and business development. Rushang has held key roles in various organizations, including positions as a Senior Operations Manager at HelloFresh and Bloom & Wild, and as a Senior Associate at PwC, where notable projects included leading transformation initiatives and implementing operational excellence methodologies. Previously, Rushang completed internships at J.P. Morgan and Deloitte while honing leadership skills as President of the Bristol Hindu Society. Rushang holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol.
