Ryan Armenti

Ryan Armenti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations, organizational development, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Employee Relations at HelloFresh since April 2022, Ryan managed the implementation of the Workday Help Employee Relations system and designed tailored training for stakeholders. Previous roles include Analyst in Talent Insights & Process, where Ryan integrated CultureAmp surveys into the DOMO platform, and Employee Engagement Specialist, responsible for analyzing engagement survey data and presenting findings to leadership. Ryan's background also includes an adjunct professor role at Wichita State University, Director of Operations at Valley Automotive, and various consulting positions focused on organizational effectiveness and mental health.
