Sarah Hobbs is a seasoned leader in customer experience and women's empowerment, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at HelloFresh Canada since 2024. They lead transformation initiatives to enhance customer care through automation and provide critical insights to stakeholders. Additionally, Sarah is the founder and chair of the "Women Empowered" employee resource group at HelloFresh, aimed at supporting self-identifying women in achieving their career potential. Since 2021, Sarah has also been the founder of FLO+, contributing to initiatives that further women's empowerment.
