Sarah Osterberg

Sarah Osterberg is the OpEx International Lead at HelloFresh, where they are responsible for operational excellence across global production sites. They studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and earned a Master's in Production Engineering after completing Automotive Production Engineering at THI. Sarah worked in various positions at Audi, including as a Master's and Bachelor's thesis intern focusing on production planning and control for engines and chassis. They transitioned to the aviation industry as a Graduate Management Trainee at Lufthansa Technik, where they gained diverse experience in process improvements and project management.
