Scott Fairbanks currently serves as the Associate Director of Culinary Innovation at HelloFresh, where responsibilities include leading the Culinary Lab to develop innovative products and techniques, collaborating with Consumer Insights to understand customer needs, and directing the Culinary Product Strategy team. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Product Innovation at HelloFresh, Product Development Manager at Freshly, and Manager of Training & Development Strategy at Dig. Fairbanks has held various culinary positions, including Resident Chef at Sur La Table and Co-Founder & CEO of Doozy, and has an educational background that includes a BS in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, a Grand Diplôme from the International Culinary Center, and further studies in International Business and Interaction Design.
