Shawna Fehrman-Lee has extensive experience in operations, people strategy, and analysis, with a career spanning various roles at HelloFresh from 2018 to the present, including Vice President of Operations and Global Vice President of People Products. Prior to HelloFresh, Fehrman-Lee served as an Associate and Analyst at Lockheed Martin in 2014 and was a United States Peace Corps Volunteer from 2010 to 2012. Fehrman-Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and English Literature and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, both earned from the University of San Diego, where Fehrman-Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude. Additionally, Fehrman-Lee studied Economics and Political Science at the University of Oxford in 2008. Currently, Fehrman-Lee is a member of Chief since February 2021.
