Shruthi Shankar

Shruthi Shankar currently serves as the Associate Director of Ingredient Quality at HelloFresh, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Shruthi worked as a Supply Chain Quality Manager for External Manufacturing at Kellanova from October 2023 to February 2024, and held a similar title at Kellogg Company from July 2012 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing ingredient and supplier approvals, developing incident metrics, and facilitating procurement for cost savings. Earlier roles at Kellogg included Assistant Innovation Quality Program Manager and RQT-Food Safety Intern, with contributions to quality compliance, product evaluation training, and environmental monitoring. Shruthi holds a Master of Science in Food Safety and a Certificate in International Food Laws and Regulations from Michigan State University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University.
