Shubham Kumar

Shubham Kumar, B.Eng., CMIOSH, currently serves as a Health and Safety Specialist at HelloFresh since October 2025, following experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator at STRABAG from January 2024 to September 2025, where responsibilities included conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with external reporting. Prior to this, Shubham worked at Larsen & Toubro from May 2018 to July 2022, initially as a Senior EHS Engineer ensuring safety across various sectors, and later as an Assistant Manager (EHS), where the focus was on developing and implementing occupational health and safety programs. Key earlier roles included a summer internship at Reliance Industries Limited, and an internship at Indian Oil Corp Limited, gaining foundational skills in risk assessment and fire safety. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Lambton College, a BTech in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology from UPES, and a NEBOSH IGC in Health and Safety.
