Sofia Fattori

Sofia Fattori currently serves as the Associate Director of Culinary at HelloFresh, where responsibilities have included leadership roles in Culinary and International Product Operations since June 2021. Prior to HelloFresh, Sofia worked as a Product Manager at Bertagni 1882 from April 2017 to May 2021, managing the New Product Development process for Fresh Pasta offers under Private Labels and Private Brands. An early career included a brief sales and marketing trainee position at Loison Pasticceri dal 1938 and a role as a Junior Market Researcher and Marketing Strategist at Gourmio. Sofia holds a Master of Science in Agricultural and Food Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a degree in the Science of Tourism and the Local Community from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, along with an ECOTUR degree from Universidad de Granada.
