Steven Grocott has over three decades of diverse experience in recruitment, personnel management, and administrative roles. Notably, Steven served as a Managing Consultant at Blue Arrow from August 2014 to November 2020, focusing on the temporary recruitment of manufacturing and production operatives for JCB.
