Tobias Lausch

Tobias Lausch is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Head of Production at HelloFresh since 2022. Tobias has held significant roles in the past, including Project Manager at Heckmann Maschinenbau und Verfahrenstechnik from 2007 to 2015 and Group Leader at Lürssen in 2021. Tobias earned a degree as a State Certified Technician in Mechanical Engineering from Technikerschule Bremen (2005-2007) and a Master Professional of Technical Management from IQ Bremen (2011-2013). With expertise in KPI and OEE management, as well as change management and performance leadership, Tobias drives operational excellence in the production sector.
