Utsav Panchal has extensive experience in various engineering and operational roles within manufacturing and retail environments. Currently serving as a Machine Operator at HelloFresh since October 2025, Utsav leads the daily operations of automated VFFS machines while ensuring compliance with GMP, OH&S, and quality standards. Previous positions include Shipping and Receiving Associate and Recovery Lead at The Home Depot, as well as roles at CpK Interior Products Inc. as a Manufacturing Technician and at HKRP Innovations LLP as a Design and Manufacturing Engineer. Utsav began a career with an internship at Nilkanth Machine Tools as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from L.J. Institute Of Engineering and Technology.
