Valentina Icăl

Valentina Icăl has extensive experience in project management and team leadership, currently serving as Team Lead for Global Marketing Data Product at HelloFresh since February 2020, after a role as Sr Project Manager in the same domain. Prior to HelloFresh, Valentina held the position of Technical Project Manager at AUTO1 Group and Team Lead Project Manager for Business Development at eMAG. At eMAG, responsibilities included overseeing major customer experience projects and mentoring junior project managers. Earlier career experiences include coordinating international projects with European Intercultural Volunteers and working as a Legal Assistant at Coca-Cola HBC. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and an ERASMUS stage at the University of Montpellier.
