Viktor Pallua

Viktor Pallua has extensive experience in operations management, primarily at HelloFresh from January 2020 to January 2023, where roles included Vice President of Operations, focusing on end-to-end supply chain management in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, and Director of Production, overseeing multi-site operations in the BeNeLux region with a workforce of over 1,500 employees. As Head of Logistics, Viktor was responsible for last-mile operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, managing teams and over 800 hourly employees. Prior to HelloFresh, Viktor served as Managing Director at Rocket Internet SE from January 2017 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and an exchange semester at Sasin School of Management.
