Viola Giorgione

Viola Giorgione currently serves as the International Sensory & Ingredient Manager at HelloFresh since November 2023. Prior to this role, Viola worked as a Sensory Manager at VINHOOD from October 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included the development of preference profiles algorithms, application of sensory analysis methodologies across various food matrices, and collaboration with data scientists for improving recommendation algorithms. This role followed an internship as a sensory expert junior. Earlier experience includes serving as an Airbnb co-host at Casa Matiki, recognized as the best B&B in Croatia by Tripadvisor in 2019. Viola holds a certificate in Applied Sensory and Consumer Sciences from the University of California, Davis, and an undergraduate degree in Gastronomic Sciences from the University of Gastronomic Sciences - Pollenzo. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Copernico High School, Udine, with additional studies as an exchange student in New Zealand.
