William Wiebenga is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and lean processes. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations Excellence at HelloFresh since March 2023, William specializes in root cause analysis and lean methodologies. Prior to this, William held the position of Director of Continuous Improvement at Hearthside Food Solutions and served as a Senior Program Manager at Chewy, where a strong focus on continuous improvement and root cause analysis was a hallmark. Earlier career roles include Continuous Improvement Engineer at Signode Industrial Group LLC and various positions emphasizing continuous improvement methods. William earned a Bachelor of Science degree in American Legal System and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a diploma from Muskegon Catholic Central High School.
